Most of our event bookings fall into a handful of occasions. If yours is not listed, ask anyway - we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Prom nights concentrate into a few weekends each spring across Berlin, Gorham, and the surrounding towns. Book early - by the time the date is a week out, the good options are usually gone.
Birthdays, anniversaries, and family celebrations where the drive is part of the occasion. A day rental is often all you need, and weekly rates apply if you want the vehicle for a longer stretch.
Engagement and graduation shoots, brand photography, and client-facing corporate days. Tell us what the vehicle needs to look like in frame and we will suggest the closest match we have.

We settle pickup or delivery, how long you need the vehicle, and the all-in price - taxes and fees included, no counter surprises.
Bring a valid license and proof of insurance. The vehicle is cleaned and presentation-ready for the day.
As early as you can. Wedding and prom dates cluster into a few busy weekends each year, and premium vehicles are limited, so popular dates are often spoken for well ahead of time. Send your request as soon as you know the date and we will confirm what is available.
Often, yes. Delivery is free within 25 miles of our Gorham location, and we serve venues across Berlin, Gorham, and the wider White Mountains. Tell us the venue address in your request and we will confirm timing and any delivery cost. See our delivery area and costs for details.
No. Our event rentals are self-drive only. The person driving must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid license, and carry full coverage insurance or be listed on an eligible policy.
The daily rate includes all taxes and fees. The only charges added at return are for cleaning or returning with less fuel than at pickup. Mileage and other restrictions may apply depending on the vehicle and rental length.
